Abstract & Full Paper Submission
Abstract submissions are now closed.
Authors who have received a successful abstract notification are invited to proceed with their full paper submission.
Full Paper Requirements
Final papers must be 2–8 pages in length, including figures and tables.
Diagrams, figures, flow charts, and images are strongly encouraged.
Proceedings will be digitally distributed in colour.
Submissions must be in English, using a minimum of 11-point Times New Roman font.
Given the broad community of practice, authors are encouraged to:
Write in plain, accessible language where possible
Ensure content is relevant to river basin management and aligns with the conference themes
Formatting Guidelines
Manuscripts must conform to the official conference template
The Oxford English Dictionary is the standard for spelling
Documents must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
PDF submissions will not be accepted
All graphics must be:
Included within the document, and
Submitted separately as JPEG files
Headers and footers must not be used
Referencing Style
Substantial quotations should be indented without quotation marks
Short quotations should use single quotation marks
Double quotation marks should only be used within single quotations
In-text references should appear in parentheses with author, year (and page numbers if required)
